How Children Are Supported
Strive operates a solid staff structure at every camp and for each grouping. This ensures that children are well supported during their times with us.
Camp Manager
Takes responsibility for overall operation and is available to parents/carers throughout the day.
Group Leader
Gets to know each child individually and ensures they're thriving at camp.
Early Years Leader
Specialist qualifications to meet the needs of our youngest campers (5 years).
Area Manager
Ensures smooth running of camps in specific geographical areas.
