Strive PE and Sport Website Disclaimer Strive PE and Sport Website Disclaimer Booking By booking a place for your child on any Camp/after school club these are the terms and conditions. Strive PE and Sport provides online booking service, once the booking has been completed and submitted, and payment has been received fully to Strive PE and Sport. You will be sent a confirmation email of your booking. Bookings are subject to these terms and conditions that are hereby incorporated. Receiving email of acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your child’s booking at Strive PE and Sport Camps/after school clubs. Before booking, please ensure your child can attend the camp/after school clubs and meets the conditions stated on the website. It is essential that all booking forms be completed before they arrive on the first day at camp/club without this form, we cannot accept children onto camp/club. All information given is given in confidence. Booking forms must be accurate of information about the child’s DOB, medical/behaviour issues. Payment Strive PE and Sport accepts credit/debit card as payment methods. There are no charges for credit/debit cards. We currently do not take telephone bookings. All bookings must be paid full and there are no refunds for missed sessions. Sibling discount We offer 10% dibbling discount. This will be… 10% Sibling Discount – a 10% sibling discount is applied automatically to bookings by Family members when booking more than one child with the same surname online for holiday camp activities only. Both children must be booked at the same time and on the same form for the discount to apply. The discount is applied to the sibling (s) not the first child. Discount is only valid for holiday camp bookings. Payments must be cleared before children attend camp or after school club. Dates for final payments are stated on our website. Childcare vouchers & tax-free childcare. Strive PE and Sport Website Disclaimer We are currently in the process of accepting childcare vouchers. We are awaiting our application to be accepted. Confirmation Your email after you have made payment will confirm your booking. Please check the dates, location and child details. Responsibility of booking details lies with the person who made the booking. Please let us know within five days so we can change it for you. Promotions Strive PE and Sport from time to time we may have promotional offers that will make the price cheaper than you paid; in this circumstance upon request, we will honour this new price for your booking. Changing booking – Day or week If you require changing the day or week of your booking, we can change this for you if we have space on the day you request to change to. Cancellations All bookings and payment protection are subject to the right to cancel in writing (by e-mailing to us) within seven calendar days from the date that you receive e-mail acknowledgement of the booking to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Outside of this seven day period all bookings confirmed by us are final and nonrefundable. Child Protection Strive PE and Sport staff holds current child protection and DBS enhanced certification. Our staff has a duty to respond if they suspect a child may be suffering from or makes a disclosure about abuse, we will act in accordance with our child protection policy. In this event staff will contact the relevant local authority. Photography/video footage Strive PE and Sport may take photographs and video footage for promotions on our social media platforms. To exclude your child, you must ensure you complete our booking form accordingly by not ticking permission for Strive PE and Sport to use your child’s photograph or video recording. Personal property and Liability Strive PE and Sport Website Disclaimer Strive PE and Sport does not accept liability for personal injury or death of any person unless directly caused by the proven negligence of the company Strive PE and Sport has Public Liability with cover provided by Hiscox Business Insurance. Strive PE and Sport will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of any items of personal property brought onto the camp. Please ensure that your children take no valuables to any camp. We recommend that children don’t bring any handheld electronic devices to our camps. Health and Safety A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at our camps. Strive PE and Sport staff hold a current emergency aid certificate. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing permission for Strive PE and Sport staff to administer any necessary first aid to your child at the time. It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to ensure appropriate clothing is worn and/or available for their child for the Activity being undertaken and weather conditions. Staff Ratio Strive PE and Sport ratio of staff to children meets statutory requirements. Ratio varies between activities, age group and camps. Behaviour/Exclusions Strive PE and Sport has the right to remove any child for any reason at its absolute discretion. No refund will be made for days missed and no compensation will be made for any other costs or losses incurred as a result. Activities at camps We are very flexible and adaptable, at times we will amend our activities to the meet the needs of the children at camp which is affected by the ages, ability, gender and other specific needs. Strive PE and Sport Website Disclaimer Complaints Strive PE and Sport are committed to ensure that every child has a great time, and they can’t wait to come back. If you or your child is dissatisfied with the service we provide, then we want to be first to know. If there is a problem while your child is at our camp, we can almost always resolve this. If there is a problem after your child as left camp, we will take care to investigate the issue. Please talk to camp leader if you have any complaints. If the problem is not resolved, please contact our central team at strivepeandsport@gmail.com and we will report back within seven days of the incident. We take your views and complaints very seriously and will assure to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
