Holiday Multi-Activity Lead Coach
About the Role
Lead small groups of 12 young children through exciting enrichment and sport activities during school holidays. You'll be based at our premium venues: Brompton Academy, Strood Academy, and Rainham Mark.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives while developing your coaching skills in a supportive, professional environment.
Skills and Qualifications Required
Essential Requirements
- Minimum level 1 NGB coach (further training and CPD provided)
- Experience: Leading sports activities to young people is essential
- Enthusiasm and Passion: A genuine love for working with children and sports
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey instructions and feedback
- Organisational Skills: Efficiently manage time, equipment, and activities
Additional Skills
- Leadership: Capable of leading and motivating a group of children
- Patience and Understanding: Adaptable to the needs and abilities of different children
- Teamwork: Able to collaborate effectively with other coaches and staff
- Safety Awareness: Knowledgeable about maintaining a safe and inclusive environment
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and requirements
